The work we did for the 2012 edition of Lens Politica festival is another example of our careful and progressive practice. The visual identity has been renewed with an authentic mix of bold changes and rational restrains. From the limited and polarized colour scheme, to the heavily centred typographic layouts, a solid and strict set of rules is established in the composition in order to make room to the most visually engaging and playful elements.

In this new visual the well-known logo is incorporated within the main element. This exclamation mark, embodying the festival's values of curiosity and energy, is itself a junction between the photography and the graphic composition. The indoor botanical garden filed with cactuses approaches ideas of knowledge and sensible contradiction and forms a visual structures to displays the event's details. This is our best attempt yet to blend photography and graphic design without compromising on any of them.

This year's web site has been re-designed from scratch both visually but also from the technical side of things. Now running the latest production version of Joomla, the site was rebuilt with one of the first fully responsive template available, taking advantage of the new Bootstrap framework. Consequently, the site's layout is now adapting to the users device whether it's a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone. The new layout has been dramatically simplified with an emphasis on centred contents, larger display and body texts as well as a much more consistent design through all the different sections.
